Customers can upload up to 3 photos at checkout. We will choose the image that works best for the card design.

What is your turnaround time?

Production time is typically 5–7 business days. Rush production is available for an additional fee.

What kind of photos work best?

For the best results, please upload:

  • Clear, high-resolution images
  • Well-lit photos
  • No screenshots
  • No blurry images

Customers must own the rights to submitted images or have permission to use copyrighted content.

Can I see a proof before printing?

Yes! You can add a proof option for $3. This includes up to 2 revisions before production begins.

Can I order extra copies?

Yes! Extra copies are available for family members, teammates, and display purposes.

  • 1 Extra Card – $5
  • 3 Extra Cards – $10
  • 8 Extra Cards – $19.99

Additional copies arrive in protective sleeves.

No. Our slabs are graded-style display slabs created for entertainment and collectible display purposes only.

How are Limited Edition cards numbered?

Limited Edition cards are individually numbered in small runs such as 1/50.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the Continental United States only.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes! Rush production is available for an additional $20 fee and reduces production time to approximately 2–3 business days.

Expedited shipping options are also available during checkout.

How are cards packaged?

All cards are shipped in protective packaging to ensure safety and quality during transit.

Do you offer special packaging?

Yes! Add our Foil Rip Pack Packaging for the full collectible reveal experience. Your card will arrive sealed inside premium foil-style packaging. (+$5)

How do Team Sales work?

Contact us to get started and we’ll create a private team ordering page specifically for your organization. Parents can order directly from the private page, or teams can place one large group order together.

How does team fundraising work?

Eligible team orders can receive:

POLICIES

Can orders be refused?

Yes. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing:

  • Inappropriate images
  • Copyrighted content without permission
  • Offensive or foul language

What is your refund policy?

Because all products are custom-made, refunds are not available once production has started.

Can I use team logos or copyrighted images?

Customers must own the rights or have written permission to use any copyrighted images, logos, or content submitted.

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS

Can I reorder my card later?

Customers must place a new order if they would like another card to be made in the future. We do not save uploaded images after production.

Are the cards waterproof or laminated?

Yes. Our cards are designed with durability in mind and include protective finishing.

Do you offer matching posters or banners?

Yes! Matching posters and banners are available as add-ons.
