By using Sportrait.co and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Custom Product Policy
All Sportrait.co products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing correct spelling and customization details
- Uploading clear, high-quality images
- Reviewing proof details if a proof option is selected
Proofs & Revisions
Proofs are optional and available for an additional fee.
If purchased:
- One digital proof will be provided
- Up to 2 revisions are included
- Additional revisions may require additional fees
Orders without proofs will proceed directly into production.
Photo & Copyright Policy
Customers must own the rights or have written permission to use any:
- Photos
- Team logos
- Copyrighted graphics
- Professional images
Sportrait.co is not responsible for unauthorized content submitted by customers.
We reserve the right to refuse orders containing:
- Copyright violations
- Offensive content
- Inappropriate language or imagery
Product Disclaimer
Sportrait.co products are custom collectible display items intended for entertainment and keepsake purposes only.
Our graded-style slabs are:
- Not professionally graded
- Not affiliated with PSA, Beckett, CGC, or any grading company
All grading-style elements are decorative only.
Team Sales Policy
Team discounts and fundraising programs may be available for qualifying group orders.
Private ordering pages may be created for:
- Sports teams
- Schools
- Organizations
Limitation of Liability
Sportrait.co is not responsible for:
- Customer-uploaded content violations
- Shipping carrier delays
- Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
