Due to the custom and personalized nature of all Sportrait.co products, all sales are final once production has started.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Orders already in production
• Customer errors such as spelling mistakes, incorrect details, or low-quality uploaded images

If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Proofs & Revisions

Proofs are optional and available for an additional fee.
If a proof is purchased:

• One digital proof will be provided
• Up to 2 revisions are included
• Additional revisions may require extra fees

Orders without a purchased proof will proceed directly into production.
